From May 2023, our cookery classes returned to the former teaching kitchen at River Green restaurant, where we're able to host up to six students at a time.
The cost of £69 per person includes refreshments, a recipe pack, and lots of food to sample and take home with you!

Vegan Canapes & Tapas
Tuesday 8th September 2026 6-9pm
Small dish recipes (mezze, sushi, snacks, bajias, tapas) from around the world in vegan form. Plenty of recipes to try, samples to eat, and take home too!
Beginners Vegan Cookery Workshop & Lunch
Saturday 19th September 2026 9am-2pm
The return of our Saturday workshops; Spend a morning exploring some introductory vegan recipes and ingredients, then sit down together for a meal with some of the dishes we have made!

All the luxurious vegan sweets and pastry recipes we have developed over the years. Don't have tea before you arrive!
