Teaching Kitchen Reinstated!

From May 2023, our cookery classes returned to the former teaching kitchen at River Green restaurant, where we're able to host up to six students at a time. The cost of £69 per person includes refreshments, a recipe pack, and lots of food to sample and take home with you!

Vegan Spanish Flavours Workshop

​

River Green chef Colette Bristow will be leading this workshop on the flavours of the Iberian peninsula. A long time resident of Spain, Colette returned to her native Norwich recently to take up a full time career in the professional kitchen. She recently won a bronze medal at this year's International Salon Culinaire, for a dessert based on Spanish flavours.
