Supper Club, Room Hire & Chef's Table Private Dining at River Green

Our 'Garden Room' is available for private hire for meetings or groups. The room can be separated or indeed opened to the restaurant. It has a bi-fold door onto the terrace, overlooking the village green.

With seating for up to twelve people, air conditioning, and refreshments available, the Garden Room is available for half day or evening hire.

SUPPER CLUB!

Back in early 2020, we started an abortive Supper Club! We only managed one event before Covid happened and such an event was not possible. We have since brought it back!

​

Our next Supper Club is a very special '15th Birthday Summer Supper Club!'

This will be the first Supper Club Chris has cooked for since last year's special celebration.

 

A smaller affair than last year, you will be joining up to 12 fellow foodies to enjoy a five course summer sharing menu with canapes, and drinks from our menu included. Chris will be using the freshest produce and the menu won't be finalised until the day of the event! Chris will be explaining all the dishes and ingredients, and there'll be plenty of foodie chat and laughs too! No promises, but we're hoping for Norfolk samphire, early soft fruits, and fresh legumes! If the weather is really nice, the barbecue may even be utilised!

 

Cost for the event will be £78 per person, to include five courses, canapes and drinks! We will be starting at around 7pm with canapes from 6.30. we will endeavour to finish by 10pm.

We also have had a Chef's Table Private Dining experience for 4 to 8 people. Chris Avey designs and cooks a five course menu plus canapés for you, with explanations of the ingredients and cooking methods. Price per person from £74 including a welcome drink.

Chef's Table is available to book for 4 to 8 people on a Tuesday evening, dates are limited so email Chris with your preferred date and he'll get back to you with availability and a menu.
