Supper Club, Room Hire & Chef's Table Private Dining at River Green
Our 'Garden Room' is available for private hire for meetings or groups. The room can be separated or indeed opened to the restaurant. It has a bi-fold door onto the terrace, overlooking the village green.
With seating for up to twelve people, air conditioning, and refreshments available, the Garden Room is available for half day or evening hire.

SUPPER CLUB!
Back in early 2020, we started an abortive Supper Club! We only managed one event before Covid happened and such an event was not possible. We have now brought it back!
Come along alone, as a couple or a group, you'll be sharing a table with up to 10 fellow foodie enthusiasts, chatting with new people, and getting to ask questions of the chef while he is cooking your food! The menu will be a surprise, five courses, based on the produce available that day. Chef Chris will be showing off his food passions with a selection of sharing and individual dishes which won't be restaurant regulars! Chris will be joining you at the table to answer questions and tell you the story of the food.
The cost is £74 per person, which includes canapes, five courses, complementary drinks for the table, and tea or coffee afterwards.
Our Winter supper club will be a special 'Christmas Supper Club' but will also be a celebration of Chris' ten years at the helm of the River Green kitchen!
The date will be December 2nd, starting 6.30pm with canapes and mulled wine!
Chris will be cooking a festive five course meal to share with you and there'll be some extra Christmas treats!

We also have had a Chef's Table Private Dining experience for 4 to 8 people. Chris Avey designs and cooks a five course menu plus canapés for you, with explanations of the ingredients and cooking methods. Price per person from £69 including a welcome drink.
Chef's Table is available to book for 4 to 8 people on a Tuesday evening, dates are limited so email Chris with your preferred date and he'll get back to you with availability and a menu.
